"First time here. Everything was great; food, service, and atmosphere. Got the oyster poorboy and tots. Neat old building."
"Hey Swanky’s, I understand that there’s short staffing everywhere. I was already seated and waited over an hour to get my meal. I ordered a catfish poboy with some tots on the side. The portion was filling but lacked in a few flavors. The bun could have been toasted as well. Overall, I would go when it’s not too busy. The food seems easy to make but takes way to long to make."

"Bread not cooked or toasted. Salad mix was added instead of lettuce which contained carrots and purple cabbage. Only 4 onion rings were put in the box and there was less than a handful of fries in the other box. They said 25 minutes. I was there early and it was cold. Not cooking the bread made it tastes stale. For $23.00 I expected a lot more. Not sure I will attempt another try. Swanky’s….make me change my mind? I know your stuff is better than this, but somebody in the back let you down Big Time!"
"Great fast casual food in a cozy atmosphere. The stuffed shrimp, roast beef poboy and both the seafood and chicken and sausage gumbos were standouts. I was surprised that everything was served on/in disposable plates, cups and bowls, with disposable silverware; I'm not a fan of creating that much waste."
