"Over the last couple of years the prices went from $10 for spicy chicken wrap combo to $12.50. More money less food and barely any garlic mayo, extra 2oz cup is $1.50. I complained about the size of my wrap a couple of weeks ago was told they had the wrong tortillas they fixed it but went back today same problem!! You can clearly see half of my tortillas is rolled up."
"Stopped for subway and thought I'd try Zeus. I love gyros and had some of the best in Cleveland. I figured they would know their stuff but I was wrong. Meat seams overcooked and dry. I was disappointed but the staff was very friendly. A little pricey for the quality"
"I absolutely love Zeus. However, this location the service is horrible. Last two times I've went there, I've had issues with my order. The first incident I ordered the spicy chicken wrap meal, and asked for extra hummus on the side. They charged me for extra hummus, and didn't give me my salad. The guy that was helping me, was rude, arguing with me and trying to tell me I didn't order salad! If i ordered the meal that comes with hummus and salad, and order extra hummus on side, why would I not have my salad?! He literally argued with me until I demanded to speak with a manager. Tried again last week, the young girl at the window gave my order to the vehicle in front of me. Gave me the wrong change, and the wrap was disgusting. I left my number and requested to have a manager contact me, but I knew they would not pass that on."
