"Was in the drive through at the first window to pay today 03/08/2024 @ 11:40am and it was a white girl working the window and the manager was a black lady with twists. The manager was apparently having a coaching (which should have been done in private) and was getting the girl nervous and upset while dealing with customers. Very unprofessional and should have been done in a private setting. I hate managers who do that to employees. Have a little respect because you are not better than that girl. The manager was making the girl explain whatever the situation was to her while having to tend to her customers which is completely wrong. Horrible management!!!"
