"Literally 1 set of tiny tree frog legs connected with the hip for $25. I wish I had taken a picture, but didn't realize the price until the bill. Would have been fine for $10-$15, but $25 should have been 2 sets of that size at the minimum.. to keep the decent end pricing but have enough food for a meal. I have never seen smaller frog legs cooked. I know meat is expensive now, but it was sub $1 of meat. The workers/owner were sweet and service was good though. It's a cute place that I was hoping to make a regular spot. My girlfriend's burger was large and tasty, but the entire frog leg dish had less than 1 chicken wing flat worth of meat."

"Great food. Excellent service. Casual atmosphere. Perfect example of a small town family-owned-and-operated restaurant."

"I've been to this place about 10 times now and the food, service, and atmosphere are always consistent and amazing. I've only had one meal I didn't like, a special that I found too salty, but the server took it away without issue and didn't charge me. The co-owner Jay is always at the front of the restaurant greeting and serving customers, and he's always got a smile on his face and never steers us wrong on recommending food. We always get excellent service from the other servers and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. It's a renovated house and is as cute as can be. I almost always get the same thing, the Big Tuna sandwich/burger, which is not something I normally go for. It's outrageously good. Seared Tuna with homemade bread and butter pickles, cherry tomato reduction thing, and spicy mango ketchup. It may not sound like your thing, but trust me, try it. It tastes better every time I go there! Also love their fries, carrot cake, eggs benedict, and french toast!"

"I just tried Bus Stop Bistro for the first time and thought it was very good. There were many menu items that sounded good to me, so I will definitely have to come back and try some other things. However on this lunchtime visit I started with a cup of Shrimp and Corn Bisque and the. Had the Cowboy Burger (add Bacon and Pickle) and fries. The bisque had a little too much salt, but otherwise the texture and flavors were spot on. The burger was excellent and I surprisingly loved the garlic cream cheese dipping sauce. I look forward to exploring more of the menu and possibly brunch here as well."

"Definitely an experience worth the wait! Tucked away in a quaint little house, away from the noise of the city, is The Bus Stop Bistro. From the moment you step foot inside, you’re greeted with the boisterous smile of one of the owners. He makes you feel like you’ve walked into his own home and is ready to get you comfortable. Our party of 10 was the maximum reservation count, but that didn’t deter the service. We felt as though we were gathered at our own dining table visiting over a meal. Staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly. As far as the food….everyone’s selection was delicious!! From the BLT, shrimp and creamy grits, Colonel Sanders chicken sandwich, to the hibiscus mimosas, no one was disappointed!! The only drawback is the lack of open hours, however that may exactly be its charm!"
