"My husband and I drove to the Carencro location for lunch today. The sandwiches ordered Jamaican Jerk were not hot. The restaurant was not clean, bathrooms were filthy. The sweet tea container had unsweetened tea in it. When I inquired with black gentleman with dreadlocks in his face he advised he didn't make the tea. No one even attempted to fix the issue. Common sense keep the customer satisfied. I strongly believe the owner needs to visit his restaurant more often. We will not be returning to this location again."
"My husband & I stopped for a bite while passing through, & were so pleased we may likely PLAN to stop again next time we go back & forth to Alexandria! The food was well prepared, & I would describe the young men working there as "exemplary"! Darius especially, was friendly & outgoing, & someone I would describe as a LEADER! Our world needs more young men like him!"
"Whenever I go to Firehouse I usually order the Italian sub without bread and most of the times they make me a decent salad with Italian meat. At this location, not only the staff was extremely friendly they also gave me the best Italian salad I have ever had at Firehouse subs."
