"This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!"
"The barista must have been new or poorly trained. I asked for an Americano it came made with cream instead of hot water. I asked for it to be remade and it came back as a late. I had waited so long I gave up This is a very busy location so having someone who doesn’t know what they are doing just wastes everyone’s time"
"Took my order wrong and they had an attitude and refuse to remake my coffee. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to."
"I would have to say the drinks here were made to perfection, Christina made the most perfect brown sugar shaken espresso ever. That’s my go-to every time I go and she made the best one. She was also very nice and asked how the drinks tasted while we were sitting down. Overall great experience!"
