"Went thru the drive-thru. Fast service with a smile, order correct, and condiments in bag. What more could you ask for?"
"The tacos were cold wet and very lacking in filler,namely meat lettuce and cheese. This must have been their down day. Granted it was around 12:30pm. They and I forgot the drink. They said have a good one and shut the window. So I thought I received everything. Personally I'm not planning on going back there. I live too far away to go there much."
"Waited 25 min for my order. Staff was rude except a manager from a Monroe store. It is completely un acceptable to wait that long for fast food. They only had 1 side open and were laughing horseplaying instead of making orders. At 12:39 they wouldn’t let anyone in dining area and closed!!!"
"I was craving TB...They no longer take orders @ counter & I'm not a fan of the kiosk. SO, I ordered in the app just before arriving. By the time I walked in my order was being made (says app). Inside 1 man was waiting for his order. Lady asked my name and gave me my cups. 10 minutes later another lady asked my name. 15 minutes later then that, the 1st lady asked my name again and asked if I needed my drinks (shes tue 1 who gave them to me over 20 minutes ago). By this time 4 more men had come in & drive thru was at a trickle....my food finally came out 28 minutes after my arrival. That is unacceptable for fast food that was not near being busy. To top it off, my pizza tasted like old oil that hadn't reached proper frying temp yet. Taco was so greasy the shell was soggy and outer side of wrapper was wet. I didn't have the time to wait on a replacement. Yuck- I left disappointed. I gave a higher rating because restaurant & bathroom were clean and workers were continually friendly."
"Holy smokes!!!!!! This has to be the best dang taco bell I've ever been to. The food came out hot and tasted perfect. The staff here was nice and got my food out quick. I would move to this city just to be close to this taco bell so I could eat here every day. Thank you guys and gals for showing how a taco bell is suppose to be ran!"
