"I went here on Christmas Eve. It was only two cooks working, one cook informed me I had to order online to the cashier(s) didn't come in. So I sat down in the establishment to order my food, and both televisions were so loud that I couldn't focus, as I was ordering other customers came in, the customer was asking questions, he had to keep repeating himself I said to myself please turn the tvs down. I left came back to pick up my food they had cashiers, I asked yall came on in, she was like no we are from another store, we came to help. I was thank you they needed it, my wings was hard, meat and chicken skin, BTW I spent 33.56 for 2(10pcs) bone in combos."
"I was there this morning I ate inside the food was awesome. I ordered this evening for a pick-up and the food packed together. The food was very greasy and the manager had the worsiest excuse ever. If I would have took that food back. I wouldn't be nice at all. I don't play about my food. I paid for it. If it was given to me still wouldn't be no different I haven't been there in a long time. I will take my money elsewhere. I started not to go get it. I should have left them hanging."
"I occasionally eat here as well as deliver via Uber eats . The wings are good however , this location lacks organization with the making and completion of orders. A lot of people have to wait up to 1-1.5 hr for their food and ordered before most people that dine in . I think once that is fixed it will cut back on the long wait times and help the business run smoothly . Because the wait times are unacceptable. I understand it’s chicken that has to be cooked but waiting over 30-45 is insane unless you have a large or multiple orders ."
