"You know, I was once a regular of this place. I used to come a lot, but this time, one of the workers made someone who was obviously new serve me, and they TOTALLY got it wrong. I tried to communicate with that person (whatever her name is) but either she couldn't understand my Spanish or she didn't know English. And I got repeatedly frustrated with her for not understanding me and she couldn't even understand my "lemonade" request. If I have to get my order taken again by her, I'm not coming back ever again. And I don't like to write negative reviews, especially since I don't usually review on Google, but this visit experiences a negative review. I doubt I'll ever be back."
"Similar format to Chipotle, website prices have not been updated to the higher charges, eg ~20% higher. Adequate food quality but good service."
"Today I went in this el jarritos to get food for the wife and myself, we are both fans of these restaurants. I ordered bowls, refried beans, Spanish rice topped with steak and queso, my favorite dish in this el jarritos. When I got home and we sat down preparing to eat, my wife pulled a foreign object out of one of the pieces of steak in her bowl, picture below. I hate to make this post because it could be detrimental to this business but I would hate even more to find out someone actually swallowed a smaller piece of this and ended up in the hospital. I can only say to the owners and management, get rid of the wire brushes that are used to clean the grill. This is an issue that can be searched and easily found, people consuming small pieces of wire where a grill has been cleaned with a wire brush."
"The food is super good. Caesar is very polite and great at what he does, always a pleasant visit. The girls working with him are nice too, very thorough. Didn't get their names though"
"It was my 55th Birthday and my mother and myself enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and happy. My first wrapped burrito since leaving California .I will definitely be returning."
