"I went in and ordered a sandwich only to be given half of the 12 inch I ordered. After telling the staff this they made me pay full price for the other 6inch sandwhich. Paying a total of 31.70 for a 12 inch sandwich with a side. They don’t seem to care about there customers"
"Both sandwiches were gross. Both soups were gross. I have ate at other locations, never have I complained. But today's food was enough for me to NEVER eat at any location again. I don't know how they managed to make this so disgusting but they sure did. Save your money."
"So first, when I got there, the workers were having a loud argument over who got an order wrong for some people who were sitting there hearing it all. Finally they took the order of the people in front of me. They were the only other people waiting, but it took 30 minutes to get my one to-go salad. I literally could have gone next door to Walmart, bought a rotisserie chicken and other ingredients, and made myself a salad in that amount of time. And even though I think asking for a tip before you ever get your food is dumb, I left one anyway bc the workers seemed like the kind of people to do something petty if I didn't. Side note - my daughter said the salad was good although nothing special. But as for me, I probably won't go in there again ."
"Loud vulgar music. The employees were rude and totally unprepared to start the day. They acted like they didn't like each other and as if I was inconvenient. Took 40 minutes to get 3 Reubens and 3 cups of soup. I doubt I'll go back."
"Who asks you to tip before they make your food? McAlister's does. And I truly believe this had an effect on the quality of food I received because I did not tip them . My 6 inch sub actually was a 4.5 inch sub...I was warned , but I wanted to find out for myself. Don't waste your time or money."
