"So happy with the service here! I called to schedule for just a bath appt as I knew they were booked out until springtime for full grooming appts. When they answered they said they actually had a next day opening and could squeeze my dog in for a full grooming appt. My poor guy definitely needed it and I'm so thankful for how they put me at ease, cause I am an anxious owner of an anxious dog. They took notes and reassured me they have experinece handling anxious dogs. My dog usually barks at masculine people but was totally fine when Ryan checked us in which made me feel calm too. They quoted me 3-4 hours for his appt and texted me when he was ready almost exactly 4 hours later with a wonderful cut, cute bandana and a sweet pawprint ornament.
