"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a vet. I brought my cat and dog in to get updated on their shots and get a teeth cleaning, the vet recommended I sign up for the insurance, find out after I canceled the insurance months later I was still being charged $100 per month, I called their billing and was told they charged me over $1900 for updating the shots and teeth cleaning because they ran a bunch of other tests to tack onto my bill without my knowledge. Lastly, my dog came home with missing teeth after the cleaning and now has to eat soft food. This company takes advantage of people and does not have the best interest of your pet, please take your baby somewhere else and avoid the stress I encountered. I'll definitely be doing more research on vets next time :("

"Very unhappy. Took my cat there for a teeth cleaning. He came back drenched in his own pee. They said "he should have had his own crate and litter box access" but couldn't even 100% confirm if he had or not. I am convinced they left my cat in his carrier, post-surgery for hours. We live 10 minutes away, there's no way his urine would have been half dry when we got home. Completely appalled. I certainly will not be coming back."

"The Banfield of Sellwood/Moreland clinic has AMAZING doctors and staff members! We are so grateful for the primary care that they provide to our pets! They help us get scheduled and cared for quickly and completely. They take the time and go the extra step to work with our needs in a way that I appreciate more than I could ever express. Our pets have unusual living arrangements, care, and needs and this clinic's providers make sure that we have what we need! Thanks!"

"I had moved into an apartment and there was a stray that had immediately adopted my family after many conversations with neighbors I had started feeding her and trying to acclimate her to come indoors as the weather is getting colder. We had decided to get her fixed. Upon her appointment we discovered she had not only been fixed but she was about 5 to 6 years old .I decided to sign her up for the kitty plan which included her shots as we don't know her history. The Veterinarian was so helpful that I want Princess Leia to continue to call this her home Dr.."

"Super friendly staff. They make me and my pets feel at ease and they're in good hands. They were able to schedule an appointment in just a few days."
