"We had a very urgent situation (not a medical emergency for our dog) after another vet let us down. We were not patients at this clinic, and they weren’t able to accommodate our urgent but non emergency need. Despite that, their receptionist went above and beyond, helping us to find the resources we needed to get the vaccines we needed on an incredibly short timeline. I wish we had found Roseway before we are leaving Portland. The amount of compassion showed by their staff speaks volumes about the practice.
