"Dr Sarah Caldwell couldn’t tell I should have thought about putting my cat down. Instead charged me over $800 and let me leave with a she has cancer but maybe not because the other test came back negative diagnosis The next day my 9 year old brother found her seizing in her own released bowels and I called not knowing what to do and they said I couldn’t come in because there was no appointments. She died, in the arms of everyone at home but probably in pain when the ‘doctor’ should have been able to tell me it was time. Respectfully I’m asking you to read the bad reviews and see how this company is replying to them. Why are they attacking there customers over a screen? Who have every right to share their truth, good or bad. This Is personally the worst business tactic I’ve seen in a while. Disregarding all the trauma this has caused my family I should have done my research. There are so many other amazing options out there. I don’t want you to make the same mistake I did. Please re-think before taking your baby(s) here"

"Excellent experience! My 13 y/o kitty, Kyree hurt her leg, and her regular vet office was closed. These guys were open, and available on a Sunday. Dr Caldwell was very gentle and patient with my arthritic, little old lady, and gave us all the information necessary to make the best choice for my her individual needs, without pushing for anything specific. Then she went above and beyond to learn ALL of her health history and needs, and gave me information and tools to help with problems all our other vets had brushed off or neglected to inform us of. On top of that, every staff member who participated in our visit, was kind, gentle, and patient with us. They documented everything. Every. Thing. All her medical history, past and present. In detail. Other vets just listen then forget after the appointment. They even took her picture for her file. I was planning to make them her emergency vet, but I think they just became her primary. Edited to say: we left with a MUCH lower bill than anticipated, especially for a new, urgent patient on a Sunday visit. *And that Kyree is clearly in less distress and can move around easier with the pain meds the gave her. Her big dialated eyes are so cute and she is full of purrrs. This empty storage tub is her new chosen hide out, so I put it by her bed and food."

"Nice enough people but all of it seemed scattered and disorganized. I don't know if there was a bunch of new people or what, but seemed super unprofessional. The only part I did like was in the room with the nurse and doctor who were so sweet to my kitty who I brought in to be spayed. I was originally quoted at about $400 for a spay procedure...there were a lot of hidden fees. I ended up paying well over $600 total. For the quality of service? No. And I didn't like the lack of transparency on the quote when I was calling around clinics to find 1. A good place to take my car and 2. An affordable place. The final negative thing I have to say was, when it came time for them to call me and let me know my cat was ready to come home...they called the wrong number and the wrong number had been put into their system. Despite them and me confirming it multiple times. Disappointed and honestly praying they didn't botch my poor kitties surgery. I won't be back."

"I recently visited this vet clinic with my 17-year-old cat, who has stage 3 kidney disease. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. 1. **Doctor's Bedside Manner:** Dr. Kramer's bedside manner left much to be desired. When I expressed my concern for my elderly cat, she responded with a dismissive "why?" Her lack of empathy continued as she handled my cat roughly during the examination. Moreover, she struggled with administering the necessary fluids, eventually having a vet tech take over. The excuse given at the checkout that she is an "old school vet" does not justify her poor behavior. 2. **Office Staff Inefficiency:** The office staff's performance was equally disappointing. Checkout took over 40 minutes, during which they had to reprint prescriptions twice. I observed them engaging in non-work-related activities such as watching TikToks and shopping on Amazon while I, a paying customer, waited. The lack of transparency regarding the cost of the appointment, coupled with the unexpected $60 charge for a bag of fluids, added to my dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I would not recommend this clinic to others. While it may be a teaching environment, Dr Kramers behavior raises concerns about the quality of vet techs and assistants being produced by her. A more client-focused and efficient approach is crucial for any veterinary practice."

"Awesome staff! And Dr. Caldwell is fantastic! I highly recommend this place. I woke up this morning to my cat, Ferris, having a medical issue. Like most clinics, our primary vet is closed on Sundays. So, my choice was to either take him to an emergency vet with a 12 hour waitlist (and that's assuming there are no life or death situations that pop up needing attention first) or try to schedule an appointment with our vet during my work week (which is really difficult given my schedule and commute). Anyway, when I saw that North Beaverton is open on Sundays, I decided to give them a call and leave a message. Dr. Caldwell called me back as soon they opened, and set a same-day appointment for us. They were kind, funny, compassionate, considerate, helpful, and informative. They were super accomodating as well. It's a bit more of a drive for me than our regular vet, but the next time my cat needs medical attention, they will be at the top of my list of considerations. And it's certainly a comfort to know that they are open on weekends."
