"I LOVE WESTERN PET SUPPLY! I have been shopping here for years, and have always had a positive experience. I went in November 2023 for my labrador's 2nd birthday, and he was given a birthday "goodie bag" filled w/ assorted treats! :) He was also given attention and love. I went again recently, with our 8 week old labrador, and the employees provided me with many training treat choices, along with a variety of chew toys. Our pup got a "welcome" gift bag of treats! I have also called on 3 different occasions asking about certain products. They are so helpful in offering to order the items, if it's something they don't carry in store, and if you leave a message they get right back to you. The employees at this store are KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and 100% animal loving enthusiasts! Thank you Western Pet Supply!"

"I went to this store yesterday in order to find a replacement senior dog food. I must have spent at least 5-10 minutes looking in the aisle to find something on par with what my dog is currently eating. Unfortunately, none of the food they sell seem to fit that category. Since I was there already, I wanted to check if they have any cat toys or cat treats to buy but first I wanted to use the stores restroom. The associate told me they don't have a restroom which is a lie because my husband and I have been to this store a couple of months ago and he was able to use there restroom. Maybe because my purse is not a Louis Vuitton that this store didn't think I could afford to buy there dog and cat supplies, hence they didn't think I am worthy enough to use there toilet. The store is huge in comparison to Mudbay and Holistic Pet in Beaverton and both of these stores have restrooms that any paying customer can use. I do not recommend this place unless you want to feel you are not good enough to use there restroom because you don't look wealthy enough."

"Friendly staff. They have a very large selection of food (quality food, dry, raw, freeze dried,etc), treats, supplies, etc. for dogs and cats and other animals. I'm sure they can help you find what you are looking for if they don't stock it. Leashed, behaved, pottied dogs (don't be that person that let's your dog pee in the store) are welcome. Fia got a nice birthday treat for her 9th birthday there and love from the staff, even know she was too busy shopping to hold still for the loves ❤️"
