Staff are hands down some of the most kind and knowledgeable people I’ve met in the pet industry. Their product selection is impressive. I’m a huge fan of their extensive options in relation to minimally processed foods and treats. It isn’t just the same rotation of brands that are seen most places, for example: Acana, Open Farm, Stella & Chewy’s… which I do appreciate certain aspects of, but it’s so awesome to be able to learn about other companies that are running smaller operations.
