"This school was an absolute nightmare, when I was here the entire school was just a superiority of white children. No kid exactly gave me the respect everyone else got, and I was left out quite a bit. No matter the chances I took, they always said; "You can't play basketball" or "You suck at this sport" or "You don't deserve to be here" and especially "No one likes you as a friend". But I prove them wrong and hell, I still haven't finished. I've been in the PIL league for 3 years in a row, I've been in starting positions, and I've gained more friends than what they said. To do that is by earning, and by earning is having respect. Bragging will get you nowhere, you have to be glad with what you earn not feel special. So what that person means by slaughterhouse is a place that's like torture to go in, and I was one of those people that had that kind of feeling. And also, teach math the real way, no wonder I can't make it to advanced math classes. Because you're the ones that screwed me over in learning math. So don't do in smalls sections, do it with real answer please."
"My own experience at this school from grades four through five was negative, but that is owed to the students at the school, not the staff. That being said, the school does not do enough work to address the individual needs of its students. It would also be worthy to have more diversity among the students and teachers, including (but not limited to) racial diversity. The real issue here is that there are not many people of different backgrounds or socioeconomic classes, aside from the student body being very predominantly white. For example, I knew two or three other people from my ethnic background while I was there, not including my own brother."
"I used to go to this hellhole of a school, and did not ever like it. The teachers are overly strict, my fifth grade tracher once starving us because someone accidentally dropped a wrapper on the floor. The food is fake, although it is provided by pps so it is the districts fault. In fifth grade, we for some reason had half an hour extra time per day, so instead of having the teachers freaking teach us the actual curriculum, they hired a FREAKING MANDARIN TEACHER! I did not learn anything from mandarin so it was basically a complete waste of time. All of this is true and if u ae thinking about semding your precious childs here to the devil spawn staff (except for the secretarys: they nice af) dont do it. I have friends in middle school who went to amesworth and the only reason i am up to their level in school is that my mom made me do math over the summer. If Forest park elementary is your childs only option, then prepare him for the years of hell awaiting him."
"My son really likes the school. His 3rd grade teacher is really nice and my son is having a fun time at school learning varied skills."
"The water does not contain lead, unlike some of the students leaving reviews would like you to believe. Okay school, I enjoyed my time there, however, the fascist Ms. Newlyn NEEDS TO GO."
