"Here is the best preschool to send my kid to. He cannot speak a word of English and teachers are so kind and patient to teach him. He can understand all the command in one month. He can speak sentences around 3 months. All the teachers and co-teachers are full of love with kids. They knows the personality of kids and guild them in a proper way. The various classes are amazing including painting, dancing, yoga, reading, team-playing, nature-walk, language etc. last but not least, they are using apps to record, parents can see photos everyday and easy to communicate with teachers and get quick responses. So lucky to have my kid in the Pipster."

They encourage open communication and foster a sense of community by hosting events like Trunk-or-treat and date nights. Teacher Pepin was our first teacher at Pipster and her loving and caring demeanor put our son at ease. She was extremely helpful and responsive to our child’s speech therapist’s recommendations. "We moved to Portland from out of country and toured a lot of preschools for our kiddo. A lot. We visited cooperative schools, established ‘chains’, and even alternative development/play settings. We are so pleased with Pipster Prep NW and how much our kiddo has developed since starting. He’s become so much more independent and his language has developed rapidly as he has a language delay. The preschool is incredibly engaging with daily activities in the classroom and outside events such as Halloween ‘Trunk or Treat’. We are always kept in the loop through an app - we get daily photos and nap updates as well as the curriculum of the day. At first, I was admittedly a little apprehensive about enrolling since the preschool shares a building with the local temple. However, the staff have continually ensured the safety of the kids and also teach them to respect the space around them. My kiddo now respectfully greets his friends/teachers, walks quietly down the shared hallways and holds the railing on staircases, things he picked up very quickly from preschool! The quality of care has put us as ease. There’s ample outside space for kids to play at recess and the rooms are well equipped. We are very happy with our decision. The hours are extremely accommodating from 730am to 6pm."
