"I went in to buy a bike, but after asking a couple questions I realized how hostile and rude the staff was for no reason at all. There were no other customers, it was hours from closing, and I just asked if they do maintenance. I didn't expect much, but blank stares to my questions, hostile answers through a tightly clenched jaw, and condescension made it very clear I wasn't wanted there. I have absolutely no idea why the employee was so angry or talked to me that way. Is it because I'm a little fat? Was it because I asked if they maintain ebikes too? I don't know, but he had little else to go off of. I was polite and friendly and excited to talk bikes but it was so clear my very existence was an offense and I just don't understand why. It took less than five minutes in this store for all my optimism and hopes about buying a bike to be crushed. I just left without buying anything and went home trying to figure out what I did wrong. Reading the reviews of this place it seems my experience isn't unique. I guess I didn't do anything, this is just how they treat people. This is NOT a friendly neighborhood bike shop, and I recommend you try anywhere else."
"I have a special tri bike that is a bit complicated. I’ve brought my bike here twice and both times with a puzzle on how to fix it. They took it back and called me later that day letting me know they fixed it. They are so fast, friendly, and very well priced for the work that they do. Definitely my go-to bike shop."
"The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. They fixed my bike fast and for a fair price. The best part was watching them help these young teenagers when I was there picking up my bike, I heard him say you owe me $3 lol. This is a community store, that helps people and isn't trying to get rich. Really made my day. Thank You!"
