MJ Event Rentals is a premier event and party equipment rental business located at 8227 Sweetbrier Loop Southeast in Olympia, Washington. We are dedicated to meeting your needs for any upcoming event, party, or special occasion. Our wide range of equipment rentals includes tables, chairs, tents/canopies, string lighting, chafers, gas burners, and much more.
We operate on a first booked, first served basis and offer rentals for a 1-day period, typically 12 hours. Bounce houses are rented for a 5-hour period and will be taken down and picked up the same day. We strive to accommodate rental durations beyond these hours, especially during peak season.
Please read our Rental Policy before proceeding with an order, as it contains important information about payment methods, self-pick up, takedown and cleaning fees, and setup services. We offer setup and takedown services exclusively for tents, with additional fees for walls and larger tent sizes.
We accept cash, check, debit, and credit card payments, with debit or credit payments made via emailed invoice. Cash payments are due three days after acceptance of a price quote, unless other arrangements have been made. Our service area includes Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, and surrounding areas.
