"Lived here for 3 or 4 years. Grounds are kept very nice, apartments are a good size. But expect rent to increase 250-500+ each new lease...I don't know how people can live there long term. Such a shame."

"Nice apartment complex. The manager was very helpful but you need to make sure you are talking to the manager and not her assistant. The area is quiet and suitable for children. The only downside we had was mold which started growing in all rooms after a year. But maybe mold situation is better in remodel units."

"One of the worst places I've ever lived. For the last year they have been remodeling which sounds great, but they let the construction workers park where ever they want. You can't get out of your parking spots unless you bug the office workers. Then they get attitudes and annoyed you're bugging them. They redid windows and sliding glass door. After they were done our door wouldn't lock. Called the emergency line and the night guy told us it wasn't an emergency. I recommend living else where. It looks nice and people are friendly at the start, but looks can be deceiving."

"To be fair I do not live here but, we looked at the property as a potential home. I love the grounds, the town homes, the layout, it's all very nice! Clean! Quiet! Something that bothered me was several reviews I read that people were having issues with their cars being broken into or stolen. Last night I found out why. We drove through the property at 4am. It was pitch black. The lighting is HORRIBLE and made me feel really unsafe. None of the covered parking on one side of the complex had any light at all. Even more unnerving was the fact that the back patios that face the greenery areas were pitch black too. If someone was creeping around in the dark you'd never know. This property was on the top of my list until we discovered this. The management seems very nice and accommodating, so as long as you're okay with an incredibly dimly or not lit at all complex then this will be fine. I just wanted to warn others who might be looking to rent and didn't know."
