"Worst customer service ever. I had my contractor installed UniCraft cabinet. My cabinet drawer didn't shut properly after 4 months. I found that all of my cabinet drawers have two different locking systems. So I called the company. The guy said he wants me to bring all of old locking cabinets and he can replace with new locking ones. I brought them over to company. The other guy and their staffs were rude and couldn't replace the old system to new ones. I even asked I pay the new ones to install. They were talking Chinese and said no to me. My contractor said that this cabinet were best. No way jose. Bad customer service and worst experience with the company staffs."
"Cabinet quality is sub par- mine arrived with minor scratches, most of them I could buff out, a few that are permanent. The customer service is -15 stars if that was possible. I really wanted to support local business but I regret it after my 4 month journey... It took me 4 months to get a small cabinet returned (probably closer to 5). They kept telling me they would come pick up the small cabinet (when I ordered he suggested I get the extra cabinet and if I didn’t use it they would come pick it up). I had to remind them about 10 times over the course of 4 months to come grab it. When they finally came- the guy paid me $100 in cash and pocketed the remainder ($80). I’m not even going to fuss about the extra $80 because I’ve already spent 4 months trying to get it most of it back (I see integrity issues). They must have google delete the bad reviews because my experience was far from 4.9 star. I would at least expect honesty anytime I spend thousands with any company. Sadly that was not my experience here."
"Worst customer service ever. All the cabinets were missing parts. Terrible customer support. I took everything back and demanded my money back. I would not ever recommend this company. Absolutely horrible experience!!"
"Working with Jakob, he is very friendly knowledgeable and considerate. He spent time to look at what we wanted then offered suggestions. Time line and prices are very reasonable Everything is good so far."
