"If there was an option for half a star then that's what I would have chose for my experience here at the La Quinta In Lacey WA. This is why heater would not power on so we froze all night. Plus phone that came comes in room had no outlet that it could plug into, hottub was absolutely disturbing it was green looking toxic and was supposedly in self-cleaning mode, plus I had to move wiring around in order to get the microwave to work. The only thing that we enjoyed was the continental breakfast this morning and the lady at the front desk who worked on Sunday evening who really helped with checking in."
"Pretty frustrating stay. Booked a king with pull out couch. The pull out had blankets on It already and they were covered in crumbs and food. Then when we asked for replacement they told us they didn't have any bedding. We also asked for pillows for the spare bed and we're told they didn't have any. The front host brought us one pillow, and said they were getting us a pillowcase. But never returned. Pretty big bummer. Pretty gross. Photo is of the food and crumbs on the bed when you opened it up. At the end of the day we paid for a room with a pull out couch assuming they would provide bedding for the pullout. Money wasted."
"Carpets need replaced. But hotel was quiet on New Years Eve. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as advertised."
"We have stayed here many times. Clean facilities. Pool open late. However this time there was no thermostat in our room... Asked housekeeping then asked the night staff where it was. Had to sleep with the window open listening to the highway all night."
