"From the the front end to the back... employees are very helpful, attentive and very friendly. It is probably the first location I've been in so long that has the friendliest customer service. They also offer snacks, coffee and water for those days that have long wait tomes. Hands down will coming back here to this location when and if we will need urgent care. "Great experience. Took my 3 year old in for ear pain. At a previous urgent care we had a not so good experience with her ears, so I was worried, but they were great with my daughter and the entire exam was done with no tears or fighting. Wait time was minimal and everything was quick. Their are a couple urgent cares that are closer to me, but I would gladly drive further to see them again!"
"Best healthcare experience in a long time!! Such a great team of professionals that gave the impression of really loving what they do and caring about the patient. They got us in right away and Paula gave us a warm welcome as soon as we entered the building and even served us coffee! The nurse and NP were so patient and engaging with my one year old daughter to make sure they assessed her appropriately. As parents we felt that they honored our decisions and made sure we understood everything about the diagnosis and treatment without rushing us out the door. Highly recommend this urgent care and wish that this type of care was not so rare these days. Thank you Indigo!!"
"Medical care was great, but the office itself looks like it's been rode hard & put away wet! Perhaps this is what happens when you let a doctor's spouse decorate? (I assume a professional didn't do this?). Non-commercial materials, textiles, paint, flooring,etc. Whole place needs to be refreshed. Unless the goal is to welcome patients with a table featuring a bite out of it. Seriously."
