"I just joined the gym. The staff I talked to were very nice. Can't wait to get started. My main goal is to do Aqua aerobics. The gym was pretty busy."

"LA Fitness is perfect place for our family. It has swimming pool, private showers, hot tub, sauna, and wonderful gym equipments, basketball court and other classes. We like water exercise classes. Also appreciate handicap shower and room. One thing that will make it better is if LA Fitness can make handicap shower entry from the gym instead of only way to access by going to either woman or male locker room. I have son who is adult disabled and if I was to go by myself, I would have to take my adult disable male son to female locker room to access handicap shower/bathroom. Or I would have to ask one of the front desk male to walk my adult son to male locker room to meet me other side to access handicap shower/bathroom. I think they can make an opening on one wall to allow access from gym to handicap without having to enter locker room. Otherwise we are above and beyond grateful for gym membership."

"It is a very nice facility, but the staff who work here have no soft skills. The first time, I came with a friend who didn't have a guest on their account, and that's ok, I just opted for a free day pass. When greeted, the guy at the front was very robotic, and the person who took you off to the side to sell your membership was the worst of all. I think she probably was prompted to move away from the front desk for her lack of skills. I decided to try again, and when we came back, the same girl looked at us and rolled her eyes, and walked back to her spot before walking up to greet us. Definitely would not recommend joining through these specific people. I'd rather work out in a gym where I am treated with respect and greeted with a smile."

"I would’ve given it a five star because I’ve been a member since 2007 when they opened up at this location. However, when I wanted to take my wife in inside, they asked for $20 for a day pass. That seems so petty and ridiculous. I tried to explain to them that they have seven day passes and 14 day passes on the website. I was told that I should have printed it out and brought it with me. However, we did get to speak to the manager, John who was able to register my wife for one day and let her in with the day pass"

"It is good and you can tell because it gets crowded. I am a big fan of the sauna but hate the members that come in dump a bunch of water on the rocks even though it says not to. So it's not the gyms fault when it brakes just the dumb members. I recommend this gym but just know you will encounter members who think they own the place."
