"I went in to get a few things and the cashier pointed me in a different direction where I spent roughly the same amount but got a few more items. While I didn’t need the extra items, I’m grateful that the cashier questioned me and helped me get the most bang for my buck."
"We couldn't find what we needed anywhere else which is why we reluctantly went here. We had to do an exchange as our first purchase wasn't what we needed. The exchange process was quite unpleasant. The staff were pleasant enough but the exchange caused them quite a bit of stress and us by extension. In the end our exchange required two exchanges and a gift card and a refund and we still didn't come out even. At this point we won't bother with this any further as it's not worth the stress."
"Cashiers are surprisingly nice. One of the security guards has some kind of personality disorder. Your job does not involve intimidating customers by violating their personal space. Not sure why you think it does, when other security guards have no problem understanding this. Being treated like a thief when you aren't one is degrading and more than just a microaggression."
"LOVE THIS STORE! And the people that work there are very helpful! THEY REALLY CARE! AMAZING You can not go wrong here. Yes, some of the items are not good, but at least they have what you need to get the job done. A lot of people seem to make fun of harbor freight but it's all in good fun. I was able to go in and get exactly what I needed and the staff knew exactly where the stuff was so I'm really super happy"
