"This is a great place very friendly. As of the 1st of the 2024 Renton is only selling used Tesla's. You will have to have your Tesla serviced in Seattle Bellevue or Fife. Tesla is working on building a new service center in Renton but you will have to wait about 2 years."
"Whew! After two awful experiences at both Tesla Service locations in Chicago that I’m not going to get into, but I am grateful for these guys coming in and repairing the Chicago location monstrosity. I don’t have it in me to write a review on those locations, but I hope anyone visiting Chicago have a much more positive experience. I’m mystified as of why I did not. However, my visit at Renton was super quick and the gentleman who name I did not catch engaged in meaningful quick conversation, set expectations, and followed up as promised. I’ve never experienced this great of customer support at a Tesla Service location since my time in Denver. My vehicle was ready within an hour. 4+ rating is the reason of selecting this location, and a quick positive experience from last year."
"$1240 for a model Y windshield replacement took six hours. Staff was ridiculously pleasant and friendly. Free Wi-Fi and coffee while you wait. They also offer an Uber credit if you want to wait at home."
"Everything looks normal... nice people, ok location, probably best sales folks but... when it comes to ordering parts it's always something "happening". Giving them 3 stars only because of their poor management of parts department. They definitely don't want you to fix your car by yourself and this is understandable"
