"The absolute worst place to buy or take your Subaru. I'll never spend another cent at this dealership or service department. Full story: I bought my brand new car here just over a year ago and ive been back 6 times and ive had horrible service every single time. The dealership and service department have terrible communication, and can't get their paperwork in order, causing lengthy slow downs getting parts youve purchased and warranty issues fixed. My car sat in the shop for over 2 months because i was continuously told i didnt have a warranty by the service department and continuously told by the dealership that i did have it and they would get it straightened out. Tonight was the last straw. I had a bulb burn out in the cab so I asked them to replace it and they said it's not covered under warranty. So, a little frustrated but not rudely, I asked a sarcastic question, " how long is the bulb supposed to last?". The woman at the desk said "i dont know, im not a bulb manufacturer". I started to respond, but was rudely interrupted by her multiple times and then she started berating me and stormed off without closing my bill so I could leave. Never again."

"Service people are nice but they have problems getting instructions right. Had recall work done and car serviced. Took an extra day that I wasn't expecting. Asked them to not rotate tires this time but they did anyway. Confirmed request, yes was written on order. Last couple of years service has not been quite as good as it used to be. Talked to management, they said they're working on it."
