"Whenever I have to speak to the pharmacy at CVS, I feel that God is punishing me and that he is enjoying it. The staff in the CVS pharmacy are always so rude and nasty, I would rather stick a fork in the toaster."

"Excellent customer service. Great selection. Never need to worry about waiting in long line with self checkout option available. Someone always there to help me find what I need. When the see you like something and buy it often... they are sure to keep it in stock."

"I was treated very poorly at this pharmacy. The attendant was rude to me, and too much. She said I couldn't go near the counter, she told me to stay away, as if I had some contagious disease. What a horrible thing. Where is the management of this place? After that, a female employee wearing pink was again rude to me for the same reason. People who don't like people can't work with the public. And this is a healthcare establishment, you have a duty to treat those seeking treatment well. No one looks for medicine to have fun, a person needs to take care of their health and a pharmacist should be a person who welcomes. Honestly, what a horrible CVS pharmacy."

"They let me schedule a vaccine appointment and then when I got there they claimed my insurance wouldn't cover it. It would have been a great thing to know when I scheduled the appointment. Also, they're in network with my insurance so I'm not sure what they were doing wrong."

"It looks like nothing has changed based on past reviews. I dread going in there knowing it's going to be an unpleasant experience -the pharmacy is the worst. As soon as you approach they have such an attitude. They do it to everyone. I can't believe how long this has gone on without corporate getting involved. I called the other day about a prescription that was delayed 6 days. I was told "well we don't have it here:" I told her nicely usually they order it from another store. Is that why it's delayed. It went downhill from there. I ended up asking why she was being so rude and to have empathy when I just was trying to figure out my pickup. She hung up on me! I cancelled care pass and will never go back! They are so horrible!!!"
