"18% gratuity is added to your ticket. Two different occasions. One with a Pineapple/Strawberry Mimosa & Grits with cheese and bacon. I had a plate of shrimp and grits before that. The grits are so creamy and smooth. The mimosa was delicious. Other visit was chicken wings with mac and cheese. Mac wasn’t my fave but the chicken was delicious. Recently had the steak and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. I love the atmosphere and people that work here! Great staff. Prices are fair. Food is really good."

"Fantastic burger. Good fries. That burger was off the charts delicious. Really great and my server Crystal was so helpful and sweet and has a great smile. Nice corner location. Very clean and nice design. Loved the chill vibe, fantastic burger, and big TV screens."

"I so enjoyed my lunch at Cream City Social! The food quality is excellent! Those all day chicken and waffles were on point! Friendly staff and chill atmosphere with "good grown folks music" playing in the background--only shortfall seemed to be the non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage selections were both limited--otherwise this place is the perfect Eastside hangout!"

"I was visiting for the weekend and was excited to eat here after seeing them on ig. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The restaurant itself looks nice and the staff is kind, but a bit inattentive. Two parties ended up walking out because they were not greeted upon arrival and we’re just standing there unsure if they would be seated or even waited on. We waited over an hour for our food. We were never told that there was going to be such a delay. The restaurant was not busy at all. When the food finally came it was cold and sub par. We ordered biscuits and gravy & chicken and waffles. The chicken was good, but the waffles were really chewy and not hot. I LOVE supporting black owned businesses but we most do better. If a business is short staffed at the very minimum inform the customer, before they order, that they will have to wait over an hour for their food"
