Walmart Supercenter

"I’ve worked in retail most my life, so I have enormous empathy for workers and cut them a lot of slack. But the workers here are seriously entitled and pathetic. They act like putting in any effort - or even just being courteous to customers - is beneath them. They should go work in a developing country or try a job with actual hard labor and realize how well they have it here. Here’s the latest experience I had: My girlfriend was recovering from surgery and our only car broke down, so we decided to order grocery delivery from Walmart since we were completely out of food. The order said “Delayed” for the entire day, so I called Walmart letting them know my order was 9 hours late. The supervisor told me, “So? We’re running behind…” When I asked if it was still going to be delivered that day, she snapped, “WE BUSY!” at me. I then asked if she still had my order and she said no. I asked where it was and she told me, “How the hell should I know? I just prepare it.” When i told her it was her responsibility to keep track of the orders, she told me she doesn’t like my tone and hung up on me. I still have not received my order."

"Overall I was pleased with my experience, store was clean, and stocked up....BUT the employees that I observed were lazy and more concerned about the new sneakers they had on rather than assust customers since the entire store is self check out. Witnessed the customer ahead of me ask for help and had to wait a good 3-4 minutes before receiving assistance because he was socializing with other workers and cleaning his new Jordan's. I was very annoyed with that seeing how the lines at Walmart are long to begin with. And then they hire people more concerned about their outfit when they should be prioritizing the customer before themselves."

"I love this store. Do not expect great customer service. What this store IS good for is getting what you need and getting through the lines a lot better. There are more employees up front at the registers now and that really is an improvement."

"They have so many people staffed yet only one register open at the self checkout area for each lane when they could open 3 per lane altogether. Makes the line go by really slow. On top of that there’s only one or maybe two registers with an employee operating so good luck if you have a cart full of stuff cuz there are other people ahead of you trying to get checked out. Really slow check out, and really frustrating. I literally wrote this review while standing in the line."

"I don’t like the bakery for one how it look it’s nice but the cake it self nasty and it was hard like it was old and I think I had buttercream omg we threw the cake in the garage I would never come here for a cake never again!"
