"The staff at this post office are so nice and always very helpful. They do get busy but they get you through pretty quickly. Our mail carrier has a heart of gold! Our dog always waits to see her around 11:00 and loves getting a belly rub or a chin scratch when we are outside."
"Do not use the post officer for anything important. This is the second letter they have lost, priority mail with tracking. Employees do not answer the phone and do not look for the package. There is no ambition or understanding about missing mail. DO NOT USE THE POST OFFICE. Last year they ran 6 billion dollars in the red and they can not deliver a simple letter."
"I had a weird issue with a package a little while back, but the ever-so-helpful staff were able to work it out with smiles. Every other trip there has been golden. Good people here"

"Ordered an item from a reputable website. Nothing crazy. The item has been sitting at the Oconomowoc location for 2 weeks, no delivery. After stopping in 3 times I was told I was scammed. Yes, by USPS. Since then, I ordered the exact same item from the exact same website but had it shipped by UPS. DELIVERED NO PROBLEM. Wish I could put negative stars. Don't ship USPS. Easy."
