"This was my 1st time trying Culver's. The team had smiles all over the place, the order came out fast and everything was very tasty, very fresh, you can taste the amazing quality and the wonderful passion to produce high quality food."
"Food is good. I share similar experiences as other reviews. Parking lot/drive thru design is terrible. Everytime I order a concrete mixer it's filled 2/3 of the way up. I generally have to wait 5-10 after my curbside order time to wait to get my food."
"Horrible experience ordered food at 9:30 at 945. Finally got food delivered with the minivan behind me. They received their order before me my food was cold. It appeared that the staff decided to wait and deliver both bags at the same time. Unfortunately, because I had ordered my intimate supplier. My food was room temp. When I went in to notify the staff. It was a big joke and I waited another 15 minutes before. Finally, getting my money back and being told that the kitchen staff doesn't know English. What that has to do with the timing and my order. I don't know but I will not be back very disappointed for the third and final time"
"First time here, I told the cashier what I wanted. And he turned it into a basket to save me money. I had a butter Burger and hot pretzel with cheese sauce. My husband had pot roast. Everything was very good. Very friendly, family vibe."
