"1pm on a Friday afternoon. 5 cars in front of me in the drive through. Line never moved for the 15 minutes I sat in it. Parked my car and thought maybe the service was better inside. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes. No one ever came. I could see 2 employees moving at Turtle pace. Left with no food or service. Don’t spend any second of your precious life waiting here. If you’re looking for a job, this one is most likely hiring a management position In the near future."
"Manager and staff extremely friendly. The manager, in fact, came out to the dining area to speak with the customers, making sure all satisfied. (He even offered me a free beverage when he saw I had forgotten to order a drink.) Our food came promptly and was well-prepared and of good proportion - even in comparison to other Taco Bells. We dined-in and found the establishment clean and in good order. All in all, VERY pleased with our experience at this Taco Bell."
"Well I ordered my food 15 minutes ago and the line still hasn’t moved and there are now 5 cars behind me. I am picking up a mobile order but their lobby is “closed” so I have to wait behind all these cars now. Mega corporations who can’t offer basic costumer service because they refuse to incentivize their jobs with competitive pay while their bosses make millions should be held accountable."
"I went through the drive thru last night around 7 pm. There were 3 cars in front of me. All had ordered already, and were waiting for their food. Still It took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. A simple "hi we'll be with you shortly would suffice but, they ignore you. It then took about 20 min to finally get up to the window! I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with extra ground beef, which I paid extra for! When I got home and pulled the burritos out, they were small and had less than normal ground beef. This is the 3rd time from 3 different taco bell's that I've been stiffed on extra meat when I paid for it. It's getting ridiculous! If I'm going to pay for something, I expect what I'm paying for! I've worked in fast food before and don't understand what the problem is. This is supposed to be "Fast Food" not wait 20 min in a drive thru line only to be screwed on your order. Figure it out."
"Honestly really great Taco Bell. There was no line and wait was pretty quick. The restaurant was clean and I had no issues except there sauces weren’t stocked. The food was alright but overall a pretty solid Taco Bell."
