MOD Pizza

"The last 2 times I came in to grab my pickup order I came home to doughy pizza and had to cook in the oven before eating. Also so skimpy on the toppings I literally got 5 little pieces of chicken on my barbecue chicken pizza. Not worth the $ this used to be my favorite easy dinner night for my family."

"Generally, our experiences at MOD have been excellent. Delicious food, great variety and individualization, and quick service. However, on our last order, the employee boxing the pizzas must have been confused or distracted because one of our pizzas was swapped with somebody else's."

"I ate at Mod Pizza in Kenosha and Madison ALL the time and it was ALWAYS delicious. I ordered delivery from this location while watching my parent’s pets one week and it was so horrible I couldn’t eat it and ended up wasting $35. The pieces of red onion on my pizza were cut so big they were over powering and my pizza had numerous WHOLE garlic cloves on it (see picture). As if that weren’t bad enough, there was barely any sauce so the whole pizza was very dry. My cheese sticks were also saturated in so much garlic it was inedible as there was more garlic than cheese and this is coming from someone who puts garlic on almost everything. I should have called and complained but it was during the snow storm on the 13th and I was exhausted and starving and then pissed so I just threw it away and went to bed. My parents said they weren’t impressed with this place and now I know why. They need to do some serious employee training on food prep to get up to the normal Mod Pizza standards to be even half as good as any other Mod Pizza I’ve eaten at. Stay clear of this location. I ordered online for delivery by some delivery service so I cannot comment on customer service. Zero stars for food quality."

"I typically love mod pizza but tonight they drowned my pizza in the drizzle sauce. Unfortunately that’s all I could taste. The photos are after I mopped it up with 2 rounds of paper towels. I wish I would not have not added it or asked for it on the side because it ruined the entire pizza. Oh wait…there’s more! When I got to my absolute favorite Greek salad, which I order regularly and has always been top notch, the dressing is mustard consistency, not the tahini olive oil. Seriously gross! And a $20 meal goes in the trash."

"We stopped here on the way home for dinner since we all wanted pizza. There is a large menu on the wall so you can decide what you want while waiting in line. In our order we had three mini pizzas and one regular pizza. I can't remember the names but we had a cheese pizza, two meat lovers pizzas and a margherita pizza. They were made quickly and were served hot and fresh. We all enjoyed our dinner! The only downside is that it is a bit expensive. It's definitely good but it was more than we usually like to spend on pizza when dining out. Still, it's a nice place to go if you want to get good pizza quickly and don't want to make anything at home. It's also in a nice location. We will come again!"
