"Very unprofessional. Doesn't remember a prearranged agreement, hasn't mailed me a copy of the rental contract since they took over the business upon many requests. Doesn't return calls or texts to MY phone number that I have given upon many occasions but has no problem calling and being RUDE to my aging parents who are going through health issues and don't need to be b××××ed out when it is my unit and not theirs. It's not too hard to use the phone number the customer has told you to use, or even return a text to that customer at that number."
"Terrible customer service. Landlord is not pleasant to deal with. Charges hidden fees when you get your deposit back and is just all around snake-ish. Some of the most expensive units in Dubuque while the lanes are not paved NOR PLOWED IN THE WINTER. STAY AWAY."

"Budget Storage has clean, modern, 10 x 25 units that don't leak and secured with anti theft locks and security cameras and lighting 24 hours a day. The staff is friendly and helpful and they answer the phone. They also host an in house professional moving company Powell Express Moving which has been in business in California for the past 14 years. I highly recommend Budget Storage for your moving and storage needs."
