"Teresa the manager was super rude. I placed a take out order waited at the store for 20+ mins. Shortly before it was ready I pulled up to her waving at me to wait while I watched her help a older lady who paid with her card. She then came to the window to help me I asked for ranch for my food she weirdly said yeah I can add it to ur order. I went to pay and the tap wasn’t working at the window so I gave her my phone to try on a different one aswell. She couldn’t get it to work. She then told me what seemed to be a lie that the card reader was down I just seen her use it. She was super Dodgy and off about trying to figure out the situation and didn’t care. It ended up being a complete waste of time and when I tried to call to figure out to pay like trying to reorder it a different way but she just was rude and i didn’t care to deal with it."

"I come here at least once a week when I’m home and the pizza is hit or miss to say the least. Probably %30 of the time is awesome and the food is great, the rest it’s either burnt, dry as hell, thin as cardboard or wrong. It is what it is, I keep going back so it’s my own fault. The most recent order, I went to go pick it up because the app said it was ready and when I get there the guy who was working the window said the forgot to put cheese on it (right?) and they were remaking it and it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. All good, the guy was super cool. I wait another 20 minutes at the window, there’s now no joke 8 people standing by the window and this girl comes to the window and says they made a mistake and the remake was going in at that point (because they made it wrong again). Up to this point I had been very understanding after having wasted half an hour here. I left after that. Very frustrating experience. Not a fan of this store."

"App said pizza was ready, went to pick up window and paid for it then they say it just went in the oven. Any other time the app has been correct and I usually pay for it in the app but this time I didn’t, so that’s why I figured they lied, to make sure they got their money first. Girl at window was very rude and condescending. Won’t be going back. God bless"
