"Imagine losing a customer before they even purchase anything! I had the displeasure of trying to order a pizza and was met with an employee who seemed snappy, rude, and overall unprofessional altogether! Very displeased on how I was treated during this process and will not be giving my business to this caseys , or any other caseys for that matter, anymore , and will be highly recommending the people around me to stay away from this business ! I refuse to give my business to a business that hires rude and unprofessional people!"
"It is Sunday night and close to closing time but the staff, who might have been short handed (?) finished my pizza order (carry out) and made sure it was right. All while cleaning up and doing their thing as I grabbed a few extra things. Thank you!"
"We just got a couple of pizzas tonight and they were so good!!! They were hot and loaded with toppings and the guy working in the kitchen was so polite and even brought my pizzas out to my car for me while I was waiting for the pizza to finish cooking . I was very impressed. Definitely recommend getting pizza there."

Also, when I order online, I immediately get an email confirming my order & estimated pickup time...it would be nice if their ordering system generated another email when the order was ready for pickup...just a suggestion..."
"There was a pizza mix up and they fixed it right away knowing I live so far away they gave me the one for free plus the correct one, plus while I waited they took care of me with a free drink and coupons. It was a busy day for them but they made the most out of my drive and time and it was greatly appreciated and went above and beyond in customer service!"
