"Came in with 3 Amazon returns in a small box. Young man processed my returns, and I asked him if I could leave the box. I was told no, it takes up too much space. Drove around back and they still have the big dumpsters out back for cardboard. Never would have received that kind of service when Paul was in charge. Yikes."
"Said my package would be to me Thursday. Didn't process my package at all from Thursday night to Friday night so I could of picked it up. Closed Saturday,Sunday and Monday so I can't pick it up now. An for some reason my package won't be delivered Saturday. I have all kinds of problems with this. My package running a day late. Their processing running even later. Not being open one weekend day. If it's been checked in and processed and everything for 2 and a half days but it can't be delivered on Saturday? But it can be delivered on Monday? Instead of figuring it all out I'll let put one star and never use them again."
"went in to get a mailbox around 3pm, two employees in the store and no one in line. was told that they can not open a mailbox because they were too "busy" and the process would take too long. what a joke the older lady clearly just didn't want to do the work."
"This UPS Store needs to be more transparent with the services they provide. It says online that they provide Notary Services. I went there on Monday, 08/21/2023, and was told they do notary services between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. So I returned on Tuesday, at the appropriate time, and was told they did not do the services and to go to US Bank for the services. So, I wasted two trips to the UPS Store for nothing."
"Normally, this store has very nice employees, but not this time. I got to be "greeted" by Robin, who has a disgruntled attitude and sarcastic comments, she also comes equipped with eye rolling. With all the bad comments in here about her how is this rude woman still employed?!"
