"We called multiple times ,no one answered not even a call back.. we finally went with a different taxi and they were here within 15 minutes!"

"They don't even deserve one star but I had to give that to leave a comment. DO NOT use this company I called at 430am for a 630am pick-up. Oh ok we will see you at 630. 635 nobody is here I begin to call and now they won't answer the phone. Even called from different numbers no answer. They are using cell phones I text no response. Lyft and Uber are taking over and much cheaper and reliable. Racine Taxi may have cost me my job today!!!!!"

"I had good service, always tipped generously (considering minimum fair is $10, compared to others)until recently. I called A1 Safe Cab (Who was amazing), before I could ask for a cab I was for warned of the wait, which was 90 min. I then call Racine Taxi, say hello and ask for their current wait and I am hung up on. Never again and good luck on your failure!"

"I usually don't leave reviews to much and especially bad ones. I called this cab company two nights ago at about 6pm (Thursday) for a pick up at 5:45am to go to work for Friday morning, I have to be to work by 6am and the distance from my boyfriend's house to my work isn't far so a 5:45 pick up time is plenty of time to get there on time. Well Friday morning came and I was outside a couple minutes before 5:45 to wait for them and low and behold no one shows up at 5:45 so I give it a few minutes to see if maybe they were just a couple minutes behind and no one. I call them at 5:48 asking about my cab and the guy on the phone says he'll call me back, he calls back at 5:52 and tells me his driver is running a little behind the guy then says he'll be there in 5 minutes so I say ok. Five minutes go by and no cab so now I have to text my boss and tell him I was gonna be late to work which isn't ok in my opinion especially since I had set up my ride the night before. The cab driver finally shows up at 6:02 and I wcsn't to happy going to work late. The next problem, when I called to set up the cab ride I asked what my fare would cost, I gave him the pick up address and the drop off address and he said anywhere between $5-$8, not too bad but when I got the ride the fare by the time I got to work was $11.45 ridiculous! I told the driver that the guy on the phone quoted me at $5-$8 then I also said that now I was late for work which isn't acceptable. All the driver did was say I could pay $8. I paid it but I really think that ride should have either been half of that $8 price or free due to their inability to be on time. This isn't the usual cab I take but I thought I'd give them a try, I usually use A-1 Safe Cab which is way cheaper and if they come late your fare is free. A-1 has come a couple minutes late but made it right with their customer. Never again will I call this disorganized, greedy cab company for a ride. I'm lucky I have a boss that is understanding to circumstances because if this happened to someone whose boss wasn't that way they could lose their job!"
