"As a professional, I understand the importance of effective communication and excellent customer service. However, it seems that RV Specialist has a lot to learn in these areas. It's astonishing how a company can excel in making a simple task like repairing an RV seem like rocket science. Their lack of communication was nothing short of impressive – it's almost like they had a secret code that translated to "We'll contact you when we feel like it." The rudeness of their staff was truly a spectacle. I would have loved to see them apply the same enthusiasm they employ to upset their customer's and apply it to actual service skills. Not only did RV Specialist fail to fix the multiple issue, but they managed to make it worse, showcasing their unique talent for turning problems into major disasters. It's like hiring a pilot to fly you to your destination, and they end up in a completely different country. Asked them to address an AC noise- Told many times that they could not duplicate the sound. Yet when I picked up the RV I was informed this was completed and charged $240 for just this repair....Only to drive 5 minutes down the road the the sound was still there. I'm going to eat that cost and find someone capable. It's just not worth the money dealing with them. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend RV Specialist for any repair needs. Their lack of communication, subpar customer service, rudeness, and the remarkable ability to exacerbate issues make them a standout choice if you're in the market for frustration. I suggest looking elsewhere for your repair needs. I would not recommend this company to even repair a Lego set."
