"My home warranty company sent a technician from Supreme Appliance repair to service my dishwasher. The technician was incompetent and failed to diagnose or repair the device. He also did not reinstall it correctly and left several pieces of casing lying on the counter. He then wrote a fraudulent report and lied about the condition of the device, resulting in the home warranty company denying coverage. I now am pursuing legal action and still have a broken dishwasher."

"By far the worst service provider I have ever encountered. They have lied and missed all of their appointments without even the courtesy of a text/phone call. They didn't miss 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 appointments in a row. no, they missed SIX appointments in a ROW. It is 2/7 and the first appointment they've missed was on 1/4. They have also lied (either to me or to the home warranty provider). They told the home warranty that they've been waiting on parts, but that's not true because they haven't even diagnosed the issue to even order parts. Avoid like the plague, they are the worst"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had supreme appliance repair come look at a leak in my washing machine. After diagnosing, the technician (Daniel) said that he would order a part and then come back in 5-7 days to replace it. After 10 days I called and they had no record of his visit. He came a 2nd time to diagnose (now 2 weeks in) and left again assuring me that the part has been ordered and that he'd be back in 5-7 days to fix it. I waiting another 10 days before having to call 3 supervisors and 1 manager. Camilla (supervisor) then promised that Geneka (the manager) would call me the same day that I raised concerns to make things right. This also didn't happen. They reported my issue as "Finished, no issues with washer, work order is complete". I trusted this company to deliver on their promise. I wasted 4 weeks and 10+ hours of my time. The technician (Daniel) was also late to the appointments. I called 1 more time in hopes that they would rectify the situation, and the supervisor decided to hang up on me. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered."

"The washing machine made strange noises when it was pressed. The guys from the service promptly assigned me a master and the diagnosis was made the next day. Three days later, the necessary part was replaced and now it works perfectly. Many thanks for the quality work, now I know where to turn if the equipment fails."
