"Had just left Lowe’s due to not being able to deliver a new washer until “sometime in February.” Headed to Best Buy and we were soooo glad we did. Only waited in line about 10 minutes when Cameron started helping us. He was so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. From time we walked in until we walked out with the washer/dryer set set up for delivery was approximately 20 minutes. I was so impressed I had to write it down. There was another man working next to Cameron but he only acknowledged us by saying he’s with a customer and walked away. "I was in there today, to purchase a TV, there was only 1 person in the section. Every time someone came in the area, he would say "I'll be right back". And go take care of them. It got to a point that there were so many people he couldn't come back. Tried to approach manager and she didn't have the time either. They were definitely NOT prepared for the day before Superbowl!"
