"So, I took my car in to be fixed so it would be smog ready. 2 weeks in they call and say I need some parts, ok that's fine. The catch they weren't going to even get the parts because it would be too hard to find. So, I found the parts, ordered them and because I wasn't a car repair shop or dealer it took 3 weeks for one to come in. By then I had received a rude phone call from them asking what was the hold up. I explained what was the "hold up" and he then complained that 'I am paying insurance on it everyday that they weren't working on it.' HOW IS THAT MY FAULT!?! THY SHOULD HAVE ORDERED THE PARTS INSTEAD OF BEING LAZY AND NOT EVEN LOOKING FOR THEM! I was over charged and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN"
