"I had to leave my car, for a part recall, and a brake job. My brakes feel better than they ever have, but more than that, my Service Rep, Miko, was really awesome. He was kind, and communicative, and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Customer service, is such a big thing, and really makes a huge difference, in people’s experience."

"I've been taking my truck in for service 3 times per year for nearly 10 years now. After this last time, my truck started making a rattling sound after the routine service.. I called and was told I would need to pay a diagnostic fee to bring it in. When I said I believed the diagnostic fee should be waived because it started rattling AFTER the routine service, I was told I would receive a call from the manager. The manager hasn't called. Two days later and still no call from the manager. Toyota of Vallejo is losing a long-term customer for service. I will also be going to Hansel Toyota in Petaluma to purchase my next car. I also found a mechanic in Fairfield with Guaranteed Auto Repair to take over service."

"3rd time at there express service dept. In all 3-service that I received here, the paperwork takes at least 15-minutes longer than the actual oil change, tire rotation, etc. it’s frustrating to see my car park next to the waiting area (all services were done) and not be able to drive away to continue with my day. Additionally, when I checked my engine after the oil change, there were oil residue around the oil cap. Last but not least, my car was finally ready and I see the maintenance reminder sticker sitting on my dash. It’s minor but….that’s exactly the point…no attention to detail."
