"I literally just left this location about five minutes ago and purchased some edible glitter. The (only) employee that was at the front register had walked away as I was walking up, no biggie, I’ll use self check out. I rang myself out and the screen asked if I wanted a text, paper, or no receipt. I selected no receipt since it was a small 10 dollar purchase. The guy then asked where my receipt was after he saw me leave the self checkout to which I replied I didn’t have a receipt. My issue doesn’t come with him, it comes with why there’s even an option for no receipt if they’re gonna ask to see one anyways. Take that option away because maybe one day, the wrong employee will be having a bad day and accuse the wrong person of stealing."
""Interesting" store. The selection is OK, but if you need to use the restroom, prepare to hold it. Unlike other Michael's stores which allow you to use their customer restrooms, this one has them blocked and when asked, the employees will tell you they're unavailable "due to employee safety". I don't even know what that means, but it sounds like the store went thru something traumatic in their restrooms with one of their employees. I'd recommend going to a different Michael's"
"I'm a senior citizen and I had to use the bathroom offern and they told me only staff can use the public bathroom thats is designed from customer. I asked why I was told none of the female staff don't want to clean the bathroom it was stated "people are dirty and nasty and need to go home and use there own bathroom " myself and wife left and went down the street to hobby lobby stop hiring these lazy kids and making them in charge"
"I came to Michaels to get a custom frame for one of my paint elevations and was greeted in the Frames department by Rubio! He was so helpful and spent so much time talking me through what was the best choice for my piece as I wasn't sure what I had in mind. I'm so thankful for his help and am so excited to be picking it up today after a few weeks of ordering!"
