"This place was not only beautiful inside, everyone was so kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in someone is there to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. Brandon happened to be the person who helped me. He was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. He gave me a tour of the place and showed me all the cases of the different diamonds/ Jewelry and stations. He explained the breakdown/costs of what the work on my ring was going to cost me. (No hidden costs!) They have a little area of waters, drinks, homemade cookies while you wait. I thought that was nice. When I picked up my ring Brandon was there to go over costs again and made sure my ring was perfect again! He reminded me I can bring my ring in anytime to get it cleaned for free or any piece of jewelry. I am very happy with Jewelry Touch and recommend this place!
