"Terrible customer service ever!!!! Gloria, the rude associate, yelled at my mother. We asked her a question if they had costumes in person like how they do online. She said no that’s spirit halloween only online rudely. She rolled our clothes up in a ball and was about to toss it in a bag. Could have said it in a nicer way but she didn’t. I told her to hand it over and I’ll do it myself. Hell no, ain’t nobody disrespecting me or my mother! She’s lucky I didn’t go off on her. She sighed and rolled her eyes giving us the nastiest attitude ever. If you don’t like this job Gloria, then get a new one. Or matter of fact, just don’t have a job at all! Do better Spencer’s! Your associates must learn how to respect people especially as a customer service associate!"

"Honestly nothing wrong the store. Very organized and great displays. They only reason why they are not getting a full 5 star review is the snotty workers that comes up and asks if you need any help with attitude like they are annoyed by you being there. I didn’t buy anything."
