"BEWARE!!! My baby got her ears pierced here at the brea mall. And I got the protection plan. Well, the diamond fell out and I brought it to the brea mall location. Of which the two young young employees proceeded to tell me that they were already closing up for the night and that they weren't even supposed to work tonight so they would not be able to help me! The store was not supposed to close until 9 PM. And it was only 7:43 pm when I was speaking to the girls. Before I completely walked away after asking them to please do the exchange. I notced they turned away 7 customers.this isnt right especially Friday night! Literally wasted 30 min each way drive and gas."

"We went today to get our baby girls ears pierced and the girl there,Kira Mai was really friendly and supper helpful. I end up getting a second ear pierce myself and got matching earrings with my daughter. She let us record the whole thing, we are really placed with the whole experience."
