This is by far the worst. The Managment need to go. All of them. If you don’t look the part, they will ignore you unless you ask for help. Forget about trying to return something or even exchange it. When they sell it to you, they promised that if you don’t like it, you could exchange it for another bag. They will make claims that it’s not in the condition it was given, even if it’s the next day. Read all the bad reviews. All sound about the same. This is a zero star. Not even one. My wife purchased a bag which was suggested to her by a sales person. When I came in the next day to try and change it because I was not dressed up, they treated me as I was homeless. I was so frustrated. I actually told him to keep the bag. A few days later and they’re senior management called me as well as corporate. No such thing as customer service."

Despite purchasing the Coussin purse, we were dismayed to find that the hardware shoulder chain was missing. This was particularly disheartening for my wife, a loyal patron of the brand for many years, who has never encountered such an issue in her numerous LV purchases. While her account with LV reflects a substantial collection over the years, the omission of the shoulder chain was a significant oversight. We believe it would have been considerate for the sales team to contact us upon realizing the mistake. Communication in such instances is crucial, especially when dealing with loyal customers. "I echo the sentiments of everyone who said that the customer service was terrible. My family walked around the store several times, waited at counters, looked at bags, and no one bothered to acknowledge us except to give us a weird look. It was uncomfortable and awkward and made me not want to drop a dime there. I’ll wait until I’m home in San Diego and give the sale to an employee at the La Jolla location, where they always go above and beyond.
